Seasons will process the personal data of the users contained in the curricula sent spontaneously by the interested party or following a recruiting campaign promoted by the owner to manage the selection of new staff and for the evaluation of the candidate.

The data will be processed for the period strictly necessary to pursue the purpose in question and stored for a period of 2 years from the time of receiving the CV. The legal basis that legitimizes this treatment is the execution of pre -contractual measures, pursuant to art. 111-bis Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, as updated by Legislative Decree no. 101/2018, and within the limits referred to in art. 6 lett. b) EU Regulation 2016/679, the consent of the interested party is not due. The provision of data for this processing purpose is optional.

However, the failure, partial or incorrect provision of the data may involve the impossibility for the owner to receive the candidacy and to evaluate the correspondence to the wanted work profile.
