Commercial Headquarters and Garage Contram S.p.A.

The intervention, proposed by CONTRAM spa, consists in the construction of a commercial and executive building to be used for the relocation of offices and commercial premises, which following the 2016 earthquake, suffered serious damage resulting in unusability. The building was designed with zero energy impact and a high level of seismic safety. The supporting structure in steel and the internal partitions with dry typology, combined with the flexibility of the systems, allows the building to quickly adapt to the required functions, both in terms of surface and destination.
