Residence in Riyadh

The single-family residential building, commissioned by AL FANAR, is located in the urban center of Ryhad and its surface of approximately 3,000 square meters is divided into three levels, one underground and two above ground. The spaces interpenetrate each other without a clear distinction between the external and internal environment. The green enters the built environment and at the same time blends with the internal environments and makes them its own. The large spaces of the lounges, bedrooms, relaxation areas (sauna and swimming pool) always relate to the study of shading and materials, all aimed at optimizing internal and external environmental well-being.
